MJC Personal Training is a body composition coach, specializing in weight loss and muscle building. We take a personalized approach to training as we know each individual has different goals and lifestyle needs. Our services include face to face training, online training, 12 week programs targeted to weight loss that guarantee results and one-off programs that you can follow at your own pace. Our programs are suited from beginners to advanced fitness enthusiast, as they are tailored to specifically to your needs.


Online Training

With your online training you will receive a personalised profile within the MJC Personal Training app (Trainerize). With guidance from your own Online Coach, your personalized training program, nutritional advice and body composition records are all easily accessible for optimal result. The MJCPT app features two-way messaging, notifications and progress achievements, ensuring you stay accountable and progress towards your fitness goals. The app also has demonstration videos and writen instructions to guide you through your workout when your unsure of new exercises, the app is perfect for beginner's and advanced levels.  



One on one customised online Training and nutrition.  

With one on one online training you will have check in via email once a week to help keep you accountable, manage body stats e.g. weight and body measurements and to make any changes to nutrition and training that are needed based on progress and personal needs. You will have your very own Online Coach in your pocket so you can train when it suits you.  


One Off Plans

Just Want a one-off program to follow, we can help with that too. At MJC Personal Training our programs are tailored to your goals and needs. Wanting to build muscle or loss fat, we will give you the building blocks of what you need to meet your goals and reach heights you didn’t think were possible, with your own personal Online Coach, you will be able to achieve all of your goals.



12 & 6 Week Annihilate Program's

This program is designed for people who are not happy with the way they look and feel, lack the knowledge or self-esteem to train on their own, want to improve their strength and fitness and need a Gold Coast Coach to help keep your accountable and guide you to your nutrition and fitness goal.
