Having been through my own weight loss journey, I understand how hard it can be to take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle. From building confidence to walk into the gym, to learning how to exercise correctly, instilling good habits around training and having a positive attitude towards nutrition. I have been there and it is an intimidating and an extremely daunting process. You don’t have to do it alone; I am committed to helping others reach their goals and becoming the healthiest and best version of themselves.

What I love the best about Mel is that she is REAL, she has travelled the journey herself. 
You can go and study, read lots and do a course to become a Personal Trainer, however she is the real deal.
She has lived it, breathed it and done it herself so I could not have asked for  a better Mentor or Trainer with her own real life experience to inspire, train and guide me. 

Mel is so knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful, I feel so empowered, confident and stronger after every training session. 
Nothing is ever too much trouble for her and she is always there for support, advice and to help work through the hard parts with you.
I use to have an unhealthy relationship with food, her meal plan that she devised for me has been awesome. She has still incorporated my favourite foods and treats into my daily intake whilst I am still eating healthy and achieving my goals and I don’t feel like I am missing out or on a diet.

I have always been petrified of weight training and have never done or thought that I was able to do  a weights session on my own in a gym.
I have learnt so much from her and gained so much confidence in my own ability and using the machines that I now go and do a session on my own once a week. 
This was a really huge step for me personally and totally pushed me out of my comfort zone. 
I would never have imagined doing this and I really love and enjoy it and can feel my confidence with weight training increasing each week.   
This would not have been possible if it was not for Mel and all her time and effort she has put into training me both mentally and physically. 

I could not have asked for a better Mentor or trainer to be guiding me on my journey. 
I am so excited to see my results and achievements each week, and see where this journey is going to take me.
